Er macht einige zu G\u00f6ttern, andere zu Menschen; er macht einige zu Sklaven, andere zu Freien.\u201c &#8211; Heraklit<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Die Alten wussten das. Heraklit nannte Polemos (\u03a0\u03cc\u03bb\u03b5\u03bc\u03bf\u03c2, der D\u00e4mon des Krieges)\u00a0 der Vater aller Dinge: keine Zerst\u00f6rung, sondern sch\u00f6pferische Spannung.<br \/>\nHeute entdeckt die Wissenschaft dieses Prinzip wieder unter dem Namen\u00a0<em>Autopoiesis<\/em>: Jedes lebende System versucht, sich selbst zu erhalten, aber nur durch den st\u00e4ndigen Austausch mit dem, was es bedroht. Zu viel Stabilit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt zum Tod, zu viel Instabilit\u00e4t zum Zusammenbruch.<br \/>\nWachstum geschieht dazwischen \u2013 in jener instabilen Zone, in der die Form schwankt, aber nicht f\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb reagiert jedes System \u2013 ein Organismus, ein Unternehmen, eine Beziehung, selbst eine Idee \u2013 auf Vision\u00e4re wie ein K\u00f6rper auf ein Virus. Genie st\u00f6rt: es stellt Regeln in Frage, erzwingt Ver\u00e4nderung.<br \/>\nDoch ohne diese vitale Ersch\u00fctterung verf\u00e4llt die Struktur in ihre eigene B\u00fcrokratie.<br \/>\nAuch wir sind so: Wenn alles reibungslos l\u00e4uft, h\u00f6ren wir auf, uns zu entwickeln; wenn das Chaos anklopft, erwachen wir.<\/p>\n<p>Kreativit\u00e4t entsteht oft aus Fehlern und Zuf\u00e4llen:\u00a0<strong>Serendipit\u00e4t<\/strong> ist der elegante Name f\u00fcr Chaos, das mit uns kooperiert. Du suchst eine Nadel im Heuhaufen und findest die Tochter des Bauern, hie\u00df es \u2013 und in dieser unerwarteten Begegnung \u00e4ndert das Leben seinen Kurs. Die Musen, die die Alten vor jeder Tat anriefen, sind nichts anderes als dies:\u00a0<strong>die Bereitschaft, der Unordnung zuzuh\u00f6ren<\/strong>, sich von dem inspirieren zu lassen, was man nicht kontrolliert.<br \/>\nJedes Mal, wenn wir die Unsicherheit annehmen, antwortet ein tieferer Teil in uns: unser\u00a0<em>Daimon<\/em>, unser\u00a0<em>Genius<\/em>, der den Weg kennt, auch wenn der Verstand verwirrt ist.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eMan muss noch Chaos in sich haben, um einen tanzenden Stern geb\u00e4ren zu k\u00f6nnen.\u201c &#8211; (F.Nietzsche, Also sprach Zarathustra)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Heute brauchen wir das mehr denn je. Wir leben in Organisationen und Gesellschaften, die Vorhersehbarkeit, Verfahren und Regelgehorsam belohnen.<br \/>\nAber ein zu geordnetes System wird unfruchtbar. Der F\u00fchrende, der Elternteil, der Lehrer oder der Sch\u00f6pfer, der wirklich Wachstum f\u00f6rdern will, muss lernen,\u00a0<strong>am Rand des Chaos zu tanzen<\/strong>: dem Unerwarteten Raum zu geben, st\u00f6rende Ideen willkommen zu hei\u00dfen, das Risiko des Irrtums zuzulassen.<br \/>\nJede kleine, intelligente Unordnung \u00f6ffnet ein Fenster der Evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene gilt dasselbe. Wenn das Leben \u201eauseinanderzufallen\u201c scheint, ist es oft nur die alte Form, die nicht mehr tr\u00e4gt. Wir brauchen den Mut, lange genug im Chaos zu bleiben, damit eine neue Ordnung entstehen kann \u2013 nicht auferlegt, sondern\u00a0<em>von innen geboren<\/em>.<br \/>\nDann beginnt der Stern zu tanzen.<\/p>\n<p>Das mediterrane Geheimnis ist letztlich einfach: K\u00e4mpfe nicht gegen die Unordnung \u2013\u00a0<strong>tritt in Dialog mit ihr.<\/strong><br \/>\nLerne zu sp\u00fcren, wann die Form sich aufl\u00f6sen und wann sie bewahrt werden muss.<br \/>\nWie das Meer, das zwischen Ruhe und Sturm wechselt, ohne aufzuh\u00f6ren, Meer zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht ist Evolution nichts anderes als dies: <strong>ein endloser Tanz zwischen der Ordnung, die uns sch\u00fctzt, und dem Chaos, das uns erneuert.<\/strong><br \/>\nUnd in diesem Tanz, wenn man genau hinh\u00f6rt, erklingt noch immer die Stimme der Musen \u2013 oder, wenn du willst, deines inneren\u00a0<em>Daimon<\/em> \u2013, die fl\u00fcstert:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eF\u00fcrchte die Unordnung nicht.
